Bought this specifically for the reversible door feature to match our kitchen layout. BBE customer service helped arrange the technician for door hinge adjustment promptly. It's surprisingly spacious inside and the freezer drawers glide easily without any hassle.

The 'Brilliant Purple Gray' colour is absolutely gorgeous and matches our new kitchen's modern vibe perfectly. The selectable zone is great for chilling drinks when we have friends over. CS was helpful with the dimension questions before purchase.

Bought this to replace our old fridge. The 10-year compressor warranty gives good peace of mind. Really like the door alarm feature since my kid always forgets to close it properly. Delivery team handled the narrow staircase without any issues.

Delivery was on time and BBE staff was helpful. The vacuum compartment is cool, but the actual usable space feels a bit smaller than expected for 401L. The mirror finish looks premium but fingerprints show up very easily. Average product.

Great customer service from BBE team answering my size queries. The touch panel is very user-friendly, and the Grade 1 energy efficiency is a huge plus. The quick freezing tray works like a charm for my meal preps. Highly recommend! 😊

Good fridge for small families. Nano titanium filter works wonders on keeping leftover food smells away. The freezer capacity is slightly tight if you do monthly bulk buys, but energy efficiency is Grade 1 so electricity bill is low.

The 560mm width is ideal for Hong Kong apartments. Inverter runs quietly and keeps electricity bills low. Only minor issue is the freezer light isn't as bright, but the movable ice tray is a neat touch. Overall very solid purchase.
