Love the Smart ThinQ app integration. Being able to start the wash remotely while I'm at the office is super convenient. The AI DD tech seems to work well, clothes feel less tangled. BBE's delivery was punctual and the installation was very professional.

The AI DD feature is a game changer for my delicate clothes. It automatically detects the fabric type and adjusts the cycle. The design is sleek and modern. Delivery was fast and the packaging was very secure. Highly recommended!

Bought this for the Steam function because of my allergies. It really makes a difference. The slim design fits perfectly in my laundry area. BBE's CS was very helpful with my sizing questions. ✨

Love the AI DD feature! It automatically detects the fabric type and adjusts the cycle. The ThinQ app is also very convenient to check the status from my phone. Highly recommend this Vivace model.
