The AI Wash function is impressive; it really seems to adjust based on the load. Clothes come out clean. However, the AI Dry sometimes leaves thicker towels slightly damp. Overall a solid machine for the price.

Overall a solid machine with good features. The A-10% energy rating and 20-year motor warranty were the main selling points for me. Delivery was a day late but customer service was responsive.
The SmartThings app integration is the main reason I bought this. Being able to monitor cycles and get alerts on my phone is super convenient. The Auto Dispense feature is a nice bonus.

有小朋友，最緊要乾淨。個Hygiene Steam蒸氣功能用落好安心，感覺啲衫同毛巾都徹底消毒過。Bubble Soak對付啲朱古力漬都好掂！👍
The Hygiene Steam cycle is fantastic. My son has allergies and his clothes feel much fresher and cleaner now. The machine is also surprisingly quiet during operation.
