It cleans well, especially the 90-degree adjustable head is great for getting under the sofa. But the 5-meter cord length is still slightly too short for my living room, keeps needing to switch sockets. Had to call BBE CS to confirm the local warranty details, they answered quickly. Overall performance is acceptable but not amazing.

Delivery took 3 days which is standard. I was very worried about using a steam mop on my wood floor, but the 'mop and dry immediately' feature works exactly as advertised. No warping or water marks at all. The lightweight design is also a huge plus. Good purchase.

The accessories set is massive. CP value exploding! I specifically used the small brush for kitchen exhaust fan oil stains, and it surprisingly worked very well with the high temp steam. Worth every dollar!
