Sent this to my new flat. Delivery was super fast, arrived the next day and the packaging was very secure. The IH technology really makes a huge difference; the rice is so fluffy and evenly cooked every single time. I tried the mixed rice function (什錦飯) and it came out perfect. Definitely worth the investment for better quality rice daily.
The 12-hour keep warm function is essential, but after 8 hours, the bottom layer started to dry out slightly, even with the moisturizing sensor. I contacted CS about this observation, and they responded quickly, suggesting I add a little extra water during cooking. Decent after-sales support, but the product performance is 3.5/5.
The IH heating element performance is decent. I specifically bought it to test the cake baking function—it works, but the crust was a bit uneven. The display panel is clear and user-friendly. Packaging arrived with a small dent, but the product itself was fine. Overall, a good multi-functional device, but not perfect.
1.0L capacity is just right for my small family. The 13-hour timer setting is a lifesaver! I can set it before leaving for work and come home to fresh rice. I had to call CS regarding the time setting but the salesperson was very helpful and patient. Excellent convenience factor. 👍
Upgraded from a basic cooker to this IH model. The difference is night and day. The Fuzzy Logic control ensures perfectly cooked rice every single time. Heat distribution is very even. The LCD display could be a bit brighter, but it's a minor issue.
First time buying a proper rice cooker. Fuzzy Logic is very user-friendly, just put the rice and water in. Delivery was one day late, but the driver called to apologize beforehand, so it's acceptable. Good basic performance.
The "備長炭" inner pot is amazing, the rice genuinely tastes better. Tried the 煲仔飯 function and it was surprisingly good! The non-stick coating is also very effective. Definitely a great upgrade for our new home.

The standard rice cooking function is excellent. However, the "quick cook" mode makes the rice a bit too firm for my liking. Also, the 1300W power consumption is quite high. It's a solid product, but not perfect.
It’s much bigger than I expected, make sure you measure your space. It cooks fast, but the keep-warm function can dry out the rice a bit if left for too long. Overall, acceptable for the price.
