Solid build quality with the C-class cylinder. Recharging the 4200mAh battery via Type-C is very straightforward. The technician who did the installation was punctual and professional. Worth the upgrade.

Upgraded from an old digital lock. The 4.5-inch screen inside is super clear and the facial recognition works seamlessly even in dim corridor lighting. BBE customer service was also very responsive.

The lift-to-lock handle is smooth and feels very sturdy. Interior safety switch prevents my dog from accidentally opening the door from inside. Quick dispatch from BBE, well packaged.
