The rice cooker is decent. However, I found the 1.0L capacity a bit smaller than expected for 3 people. The thick pot really makes a difference in rice texture though. Customer service was helpful when I asked about the warranty.
Received it very quickly! The 4mm thick pot makes the rice so much better than my old one. I love the brown rice mode for my kids, it's very healthy. The 24-hour timer is a lifesaver for busy mornings. Great service from BBE.
Excellent build quality, as expected from a Made in Japan product. The IH technology cooks rice evenly. A bit pricey for its 0.45L capacity, but the performance justifies the cost. A solid choice for a small household.

Finally upgraded to an IH cooker. The mixed grain setting is great for my brown rice. Delivery was next-day and the box arrived in perfect condition. It's a bit small if you have guests, but perfect for daily use.
I love the Champagne Gold color, looks so elegant in my kitchen. The timer function is a lifesaver for busy mornings. BBE customer service was very helpful when I asked about the warranty. Highly recommend! ✨
The item arrived in perfect condition. I love the multi-cooking modes, especially the soup function. The interface is very intuitive and user-friendly. BBE's logistics team did a great job with the scheduling.
