Bought this to replace our old fridge. The 10-year compressor warranty gives good peace of mind. Really like the door alarm feature since my kid always forgets to close it properly. Delivery team handled the narrow staircase without any issues.

The 560mm width is ideal for Hong Kong apartments. Inverter runs quietly and keeps electricity bills low. Only minor issue is the freezer light isn't as bright, but the movable ice tray is a neat touch. Overall very solid purchase.

Good build quality and the movable ice maker is very convenient. Triple deodorizing filter works well, no weird smells at all. Freezer is slightly small at 56L, but sufficient for a couple. BBE delivery was fast and seamless.

Ordered on Monday and arrived Wednesday morning. The steel grey finish looks modern. The 560mm width is a lifesaver for small HK kitchens. Triple deodorising filter actually works, no weird kimchi smell lingering at all.

Replaced my old fridge with this Hitachi model. Grade 1 energy rating was the main selling point, but the vegetable compartment keeps greens crisp for days. Customer service was helpful when scheduling Saturday delivery.

Fast delivery by BBE team. The fridge layout is very practical for a small family. The deodorizing filter actually works—no leftover smell from yesterday's dinner. Very happy with the 5-year full warranty too.

Decent fridge for the price. The freezer is slightly smaller than expected, but the tempered glass shelves are sturdy and easy to clean. Delivery was arranged within two days, great customer service from BBE.
