Excellent oven for home bakers. The fermentation mode is very stable and the convection fan provides a very even heat distribution. My sourdough has never been better.
Works well, heats up fast. The grill function is great. Only downside is the water tank is a bit small for long steaming sessions. Acceptable for the price.
