The 800W output is quite powerful for a 20L model. The 5-level power adjustment allows for precise cooking. I tried the hybrid mode for chicken, and it turned out great. Delivery was next-day as promised.

The design is very clean and matches my kitchen vibe. Love the grill function for frozen pizza, it's super crispy! Delivery was fast and the packaging was secure. Very satisfied with the service from BBE.

Sleek black design fits our new kitchen perfectly. The stainless steel interior is a breeze to clean after air frying wings. Very happy with this purchase from BBE.

The hardware is solid, cooks well. But the TSmartLife app connectivity is unstable and the UI feels dated. Hope they fix it.

Very high CP value. The grill + microwave combo is a great space saver for HK apartments. Fast delivery.
