Bought this for my parents. The wireless remote is a huge plus, very easy for them to operate without any hassle. The warm air is gentle and makes the bathroom much more comfortable.
The PTC heating is efficient, but the fan is a bit louder than expected on high. For the price, the features are good, but don't expect premium build quality. Delivery was standard.

The heating function is powerful, but the cool fan is a bit weak, more for air circulation. The design is modern and looks good. Overall, it's just okay.
