The online ordering process on BBE was smooth. The unit itself is fine, but it's a bit louder than my previous single-split unit when both indoor units are running at max speed. Acceptable for the price and convenience.
The 5.2 kW cooling capacity is more than enough for my two bedrooms and living room. The outdoor unit is quite compact considering its power output. The specs are impressive for the price. Very satisfied.
The unit performs well, but it can be a bit loud when running at maximum power. It's not a deal-breaker, but something to consider if your balcony is close to the bedroom. Otherwise, it's a good machine.
新屋裝修，喺BBE買好方便，仲可以夾埋師傅期。呢部一拖三，客飯廳加兩間房都夠凍，而且部室外機比想像中靜，夜晚唔會嘈到人。Performance好好，滿意。
The slim design of this outdoor unit is a lifesaver. My apartment balcony is tiny and this MKC50RVMN fits perfectly without blocking the whole space. Cools my living room and bedroom with no issues.
BBE sales staff were very professional. The inverter on this Daikin outdoor unit is impressively quiet compared to my old one. Very powerful cooling for my 2-bedroom flat. A solid upgrade.
BBE customer service was very helpful. The heating function is a real game-changer for Hong Kong's damp winters. So much better than a space heater. Very happy with this purchase.
送貨快。第一次用冷暖機，估唔到暖氣功能咁舒服，冬天唔使再用暖爐咁乾。部機開著咗好靜，比舊機靜好多，希望電費單有驚喜。
新屋裝修，BBE師傅夾好時間送貨安裝，好準時。呢部一拖三室外機慳返唔少露台位，變頻應該會幾慳電，夏天開足全日都唔肉赤。
The cooling performance (8 kW) is as advertised. The outdoor unit's noise level is acceptable. My only concern is the 1-year warranty, seems short for a major appliance.
