The machine is super slim, fits perfectly under my kitchen counter after removing the top cover. Delivery was efficient, and the installers were very professional. The GreatWaves mode really protects my delicate clothes. Very happy with this purchase!

Was looking for a slim washer for a long time. This 470mm model is perfect. The UFB bubbles really seem to make a difference on white shirts. BBE's customer service was also very helpful in confirming the dimensions before I ordered.

I'm impressed with the cleaning performance. The UFB nano-bubble technology really works, my white shirts look brighter. Clothes come out less tangled too because of the GREATWAVES feature. A great upgrade from my old washer.

屋企個位好窄，搵咗好耐先搵到呢部470mm超薄機，真係perfect fit！送貨安裝都好快手。部機用起上嚟好靜，夜晚開機都唔怕嘈親人。個design又簡約，好滿意。
有小朋友，最緊要啲衫乾淨。個蒸氣護理模式好好用，洗完啲衫感覺衛生好多，BB衫都放心。UFB泡泡技術唔知係咪真係咁勁，但啲污漬又真係洗得幾乾淨。
The slim design is great and it washes clothes well. However, the TsmartLife app is very unstable and keeps disconnecting from my Wi-Fi, which makes the 'smart' features useless. A bit disappointing.
