Ordered on Monday and received it two days later. Setting up the diverter was very straightforward and required no tools. Noticeable difference in water taste for my morning coffee, no more chlorine smell. Very satisfied with BBE's service.

Great filtration quality and water has zero chlorine smell now. Only downside is filter replacements (DW80 & DW90) are quite pricey, but health comes first. BBE customer service arranged delivery on my requested renovation date smoothly.

Been using the AP-DWS1000 system for three years. Replacing these two cartridges takes literally two minutes without turning off the main water valve. Water pressure remains strong at around 2L per minute. Prompt delivery from BBE.
