Very impressed with how quiet the indoor unit is, perfect for my baby's room. The triple air filters give me peace of mind. Delivery was secure and well-packaged. Only downside is the remote control feels a bit cheap, but overall great value.

The 368mm outdoor unit fits my tiny window sill perfectly. BBE customer service was super helpful in confirming the dimensions before I ordered. Saved me a lot of hassle and scaffolding costs. Highly recommend this window-split model!

BBE customer service was very helpful in confirming the outdoor unit dimensions before I ordered. The R32 eco-friendly refrigerant and Grade 1 energy label make me feel much better about my electricity bill. It runs very smoothly.

Great service from BBE. This R32 inverter model is highly efficient, saving on my electricity bills. The compact outdoor unit fit perfectly on my window sill without scaffolding. Highly satisfied with the performance.

Delivery was fast and well-packaged. This General split AC is incredibly quiet. The apple-catechin filter is a great bonus for my kids' allergies. Very user-friendly remote too. Overall a great buy from BBE!
