Very impressed with how quiet the indoor unit is, perfect for my baby's room. The triple air filters give me peace of mind. Delivery was secure and well-packaged. Only downside is the remote control feels a bit cheap, but overall great value.
The 368mm outdoor unit fits my tiny window sill perfectly. BBE customer service was super helpful in confirming the dimensions before I ordered. Saved me a lot of hassle and scaffolding costs. Highly recommend this window-split model!

買咗黎冬天用，暖氣好夠。BBE CS答問題好pro。部機有獨立抽濕，梅雨季節好方便。唯一係2級能源標籤，如果係1級就perfect啦。但整體功能好滿意，會再幫襯！😊
Delivery was fast and well-packaged. This General split AC is incredibly quiet. The apple-catechin filter is a great bonus for my kids' allergies. Very user-friendly remote too. Overall a great buy from BBE!
