BBE CS was very helpful answering my questions about the size and plug before purchase. The unit cools my son's room very quickly, much better than the old one. The antibacterial filter is a nice bonus for peace of mind. 👍

The dehumidifier function is a life-saver during spring! It's much more powerful than my old standalone dehumidifier. The air in my flat feels so much fresher now. Highly recommend for anyone living in humid areas. ✨
We chose this model for its Grade 1 energy label and inverter tech. It's very efficient and maintains a constant temperature. The heating function is a great bonus for winter. BBE's website was very informative.
The inverter is impressively quiet. You can hear the compressor spool up when you first turn it on, but once the room is cool, it's basically silent. The remote is user-friendly. A solid choice for a bedroom.
Cooling power is strong, no complaints there. But I bought it for the "Quiet Mode", and it's not as silent as I expected. It's a low hum, better than my old one, but not whisper-quiet. So, just okay for me.
Performance is solid as expected from an inverter model. Temperature control is stable. The use of R32 refrigerant is a good plus for the environment. However, the remote control design feels a bit dated.
Cooling is powerful, no doubt. But the remote control feels a bit dated and the 'beep' sound is too loud when changing settings. Overall performance is good for this price range, so it's a 3-star from me.
