BBE's CS was very helpful when I asked about the dimensions. The unit fits perfectly. The inverter tech really helps with the electricity bill, and the 24-hour timer is quite convenient for pre-cooling the room before I get home.
The delivery was incredibly fast, arrived within 2 days! I love that it uses R32 refrigerant. It cools down my room in minutes and is surprisingly quiet for a window unit. The remote is very user-friendly too. Great purchase!
The design is very modern and fits my window perfectly. It uses a standard 13A plug which is super convenient for my old flat. Cooling performance is excellent and it's much quieter than my previous unit.

部機個 design 幾簡約，個遙控啲掣好易明。最鍾意佢有獨立抽濕，回南天嗰陣真係好幫到手。送貨師傅仲好細心解釋點清洗隔塵網，service 一流。😊
呢部機個horizontal swing做得幾好，送風夠平均，唔會吹死一個位。比起以前部舊機，呢部變頻真係靜好多，成個bedroom vibe好舒服，值得推介。
師傅安裝得好好，Philips呢部3/4匹機力水夠晒。一級能源標籤用落都安心啲，唔使驚電費太貴。個remote仲有水平搖擺，風向好平均。👍
個timer function好方便，可以預校熄機時間。唔驚半夜凍親小朋友，運作聲亦都好細，唔會嘈醒阿仔，Philips 呢個價錢真係無得輸。😊
2年全機保養加上5年壓縮機保養令人好放心。BBE師傅送貨好小心，packaging拆得好乾淨。部機夠涼，運作時好smooth冇乜震動，CP值高。
