Delivery was quick but the box corner had a slight dent. Luckily the machine was fine. 個爐內籠夠大，但機身都幾厚，擺位要預空間。最實用係佢有5個cleaning mode，用咗幾個月要定期除水垢，呢個功能真係幫到手。
Packaging was secured and delivery was smooth. The steam baking function is amazing for sourdough! The proofing temp control (30/40°C) is spot-on, and the steam injection at 230°C gives that perfect crust. Very professional quality oven.

買之前問咗CS關於水箱容量，1L水箱夠做長氣蒸煮，唔使成日補水，對於我哋要一次過蒸好多嘢嘅家庭好重要。Steam power 1550W is strong enough for big items.
個發酵功能好surprise，整麵包穩定過自己喺室溫搞好多，焗出嚟效果都好均勻。部機預熱要少少時間，但整體CP值好高，啱晒鍾意玩baking嘅人。
落單前有啲問題想問，CS覆得好快。主要用嚟蒸餸同翻熱隔夜飯餸，蒸完啲嘢食唔會乾爭爭，好過微波爐好多。有自動清潔功能好方便。
Performance is solid, especially the steam-bake. However, the user interface and preset menus feel a bit dated. For the price, it's acceptable, but could be more modern.
Next-day delivery service is excellent! Love the 80°C low-temp steam for reheating leftover rice and veg. Keeps everything moist. Super convenient for meal prep.
