換咗呢部焗爐之後，焗出嚟嘅蛋糕終於受熱均勻，唔會再一邊生一邊燶。個旋風風扇真係好緊要，加上個燈夠光，可以清楚睇到上色情況，非常滿意。
喺BBE買電器好方便。個焗爐冇得彈，試過用SteamBake整歐包，個皮脆到不得了！食物探針亦都好準，燒雞一流，唔再怕過火。意大利製造，有信心。
It's a bit pricey, but the build quality is excellent. The TFT display is clear and user-friendly. Bakes bread perfectly with the steam function. Just make sure you have a 20A socket ready.

Heats up very quickly and the enamel interior is easy to clean. One major point: it requires a 20A fuse. Had to get an electrician to check my circuit board. Buyers should be aware.
