Excellent build quality as expected from Europe. The intensive mode works great for heavy cooking. I also appreciate the grease filter saturation indicator—it's very user-friendly. Delivery was exactly on time as scheduled. Highly recommended for open kitchens.

The flush mounting is seamless. It perfectly matches our Vario 400 series induction hob. The dimmable LED lights create a great vibe in the open kitchen, and the suction is surprisingly strong for a downdraft model. Delivery was fast and handled with care.

The 6-minute interval ventilation is perfect for keeping the air fresh after dinner. BBE salesperson was very professional and helped me confirm the cabinet dimensions before I placed the order. 👍

Excellent performance. The modular configuration allowed my contractor to fit it perfectly into the custom cabinetry. Very quiet even at higher settings compared to my old one. Highly recommend Gaggenau for those seeking a minimalist look.

The lift mechanism is very smooth and quiet, The metal filters are easy to pop into the dishwasher, which is a huge plus for me. BBE CS was very responsive too.

Purchased this for a renovation project. The ventilation efficiency is top-notch. It was a bit tricky to coordinate the remote fan unit installation, but BBE's sales team was very helpful with the technical specs.

The suction power is surprisingly strong for a downdraft system. I love how the remote fan unit keeps the noise level low in the kitchen. Professional delivery service from BBE, everything arrived well-packed.

Excellent after-sales service. Had a question about the dishwasher-safe filters and the team responded quickly. The 3mm stainless steel quality is top-notch, definitely built to last for my new home.

The rim extraction filter works surprisingly well,
