CS was very responsive to my inquiries. I love the 29-minute quick wash mode; it's very efficient for light cleaning. The build quality feels solid and the internal light is a nice touch. Definitely worth it.

Cleaning performance is great, but the drying function could be slightly better. Some plastic cups still have water droplets. Overall it is acceptable for the price.
