The build quality is solid as expected from Bosch. Flame is powerful. However, it's quite pricey for a single hob. For this price, I expected a bit more. It's good, but not amazing value.
The supplied cast-iron wok ring and pan support are dishwasher safe, which should make routine cleaning simpler. The 270 x 490–500 mm cut-out is clearly specified too.
Flame-failure gas cut-off and removable knobs are sensible details. The specified 270 x 490–500 mm cut-out is also useful for checking the worktop before ordering.
Bought this for my parents. The FlameSelect knob is very clear and easy for them to use. The auto gas cut-off feature gives me peace of mind. A great, safe choice.
