Steaming performance is great, but the 1.3L water tank is a bit small. If I steam a chicken for a longer time, I need to refill it halfway. A bit inconvenient.
The dough fermenting function is surprisingly accurate. My sourdough has been much more consistent since using this oven. A great tool for home bakers.
