CS was very helpful in answering my questions about the installation requirements before I placed the order. The product itself is excellent, the AeroTech feature really makes a difference for baking cakes.

The AeroTech system provides excellent, even heat for baking sourdough. However, the 1.5L water tank is a bit small for longer steam-bake sessions, needs refilling midway. Overall a very capable oven.
Excellent oven for home baking. The 'Pastry Bake' mode provides very even heat distribution, my sourdough and cakes have never been better. The 4-layer glass door is a great touch for insulation.
買之前問咗BBE CS好多問題，佢哋都好有耐性答。主要用嚟蒸魚蒸餸，可以keep到食物原味，健康好多。個touch screen interface都好user-friendly，易用。

部機整體功能強大，蒸焗都ok。但個display有多國語言就係無繁體中文，要用簡體有啲唔慣。同埋個水箱如果再大少少會更好，要成日加水。
Was concerned about the door getting hot with kids around. BBE customer service confirmed the 4-layer glass keeps it cool to touch, and it really does. Very safe and reliable product.
Delivery packaging was very secure. I finally made a perfect medium-rare roast beef using the included food probe. The precision is fantastic for anyone serious about cooking meat.
Love the Air Fry and Steam functions for healthier cooking. It's a bit of an investment, but totally worth it for the performance and convenience. The design is very sleek.
