Just moved into my new flat and the 30cm size is perfect for my small kitchen. I love that it’s a ceramic hob so I can use my old clay pots. Delivery was very fast, arrived within 2 days. The touch control is quite sensitive and easy to use.
I prefer ceramic hobs over induction because I can use my ceramic pots. This Cristal model is very efficient. Delivery team was very helpful and the packaging was very secure. No scratches at all. Highly recommend for small families.
2800W is powerful enough for daily stir-fry. The residual heat indicator is a great safety feature since I have kids at home. Installation was professional. Design is very sleek and modern. Very happy with this purchase from BBE.
The product works fine, but the front 1200W zone is a bit slow for boiling water. The back 1800W is much better. CS was helpful when I asked about the cut-out dimensions. Overall it's okay for the price.
BBE CS helped me check the installation dimensions before I bought it. The timer function is a lifesaver for making soup after work. 唔使成日企喺廚房睇住火，very convenient!

師傅裝得好快，仲教埋我點用個safety lock。最緊要係唔使買過晒啲煲，屋企啲舊煲全部用得返，CP值好高，真心推薦。
Using both hobs at once is quite efficient. The front one is good for simmering while the back one handles the main dish. Delivery box was well-protected.
It works, but heats up noticeably slower than an induction hob. The touch controls can be a bit finicky if your fingers are wet. It's okay for the price.
火力夠猛！後面個1800W爐頭用嚟炒餸好有鑊氣。9段火力控制好精準，煲湯炆嘢都冇問題。Touch panel反應都幾快。
