Good service from BBE. The 35.5L capacity is perfect for my family of three. The built-in German EGO thermostat maintains a really stable temperature throughout my shower. Very satisfied with the safety features too.
The heating speed is impressive, it really takes about 3 minutes as advertised. However, the 23L capacity is just enough for a quick shower if you don't turn the water to max. Overall satisfied with the purchase.
Delivery was prompt. The water heater performs okay and temperature is stable, but the 3-star energy rating means it consumes a bit more electricity than expected. Still acceptable for this price point.
