I wasn't sure about the installation requirements. BBE's CS was super helpful and answered all my questions before I placed the order. The heater itself is very quiet.

I added the optional remote and it's super convenient to set the temperature before even getting in the shower. Solid upgrade from my old one. Very user-friendly.
