Replaced my old window unit. The difference is night and day! This split-type is so much quieter and the inverter definitely helps with the electricity bill. The heating function is a nice bonus for winter. 👍

Delivery was prompt. The inverter works great, maintains a very stable temperature without the constant on/off cycling of my old unit. Much more comfortable. The remote UI could be better though.

The internal drying feature is great for preventing mold inside the machine. Essential for HK weather. Delivery person was very polite and called before arriving. Great experience with BBE!
