Cooling performance is solid and the dehumidifier function is a lifesaver. BBE's CS was helpful to clarify it has no power plug, but it's honestly a bit ridiculous for an appliance at this price not to include one. Had to get my C-fu to sort it out, which was an extra hassle.

The Wi-Fi control via the Panasonic Comfort Cloud app is fantastic. I can turn on the AC before I get home. The nanoe®X Mark 3 air purifying function is also a key reason for my purchase; the air in my son's room feels much fresher now. Very quiet operation, solid choice.

BBE CS was helpful answering my questions about the Wi-Fi setup before I bought it. The Panasonic Comfort Cloud app is super convenient; I can turn on the AC on my way home. The nanoe®X purification is a nice bonus feature for my new apartment. Overall, a great smart AC.

The 'Shoe/Closet Dry' mode is a game-changer for my leather shoes during the humid spring. The extension hose and attachments are included and work perfectly. Also, happy to get the 5-year warranty under this promotion period. Great performance and value for money.

I bought this mainly because of the nanoe X feature to deal with pet smells. It works, but you really need the optional HEPA filter (F-ZYL24H), which is sold separately, a bit annoying. Otherwise, the noise level is low, and the dehumidifying capacity is strong.

Performance is strong, pulls a lot of water. But the 4L tank fills up really fast when it’s super humid, so you need to constantly empty it unless you set up continuous drainage. Delivery was an hour late, which was annoying. Good machine, but not perfect.
