Upgraded to this R32 model and the energy efficiency is impressive. The interface is very user-friendly and the inverter technology keeps the temperature stable without the compressor constantly clicking. Great service from BBE, the package arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend for large living rooms.

The inverter technology is impressive. Unlike my old AC, this one keeps the room at a steady temperature without those annoying cold blasts. Very stable performance. BBE's logistics team called beforehand to confirm the time, which was very helpful.

Excellent performance. The R32 refrigerant makes it very efficient and the unit is incredibly quiet at only 26dB. BBE's delivery was fast and the packaging was very secure. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable 2.0HP split AC.
