Excellent service from BBE. The product arrived earlier than expected. The dry clothes mode is a life saver during the humid weeks in HK. Very quiet operation as well.
Good performance, but the high fan speed is a bit noisy for sleeping. Overall a solid build and BBE's CS was very helpful with my questions.
