Replaced my old fixed-frequency unit with this Carrier inverter. Much quieter during sleep mode and cools down the room fast. The UV-C sanitizing function gives great peace of mind. Delivery was prompt and on time.

The main selling point for me was the 'quiet operation' and it did not disappoint. My old AC was so loud, but this one is barely a whisper. Perfect for a light sleeper like me. Cooling is very effective too.
The DC inverter is the main selling point. No more sudden cold blasts, just stable cooling. Remote feels a bit basic, but the machine itself is top-notch for energy efficiency. Pre-sales chat was helpful.
The Active Clean function is quite interesting, not sure if it really works but the air feels fresher. The unit is a bit heavier than I expected, but the installation team handled it well. So far so good.
3/4匹擺房啱啱好，變頻真係好靜，夜晚唔會俾佢嘈醒。Inverter technology令室溫好穩定，唔會忽冷忽熱，睡眠質素改善咗好多，唔再聽到啲cycling noise。😊
約咗BBE師傅上嚟裝埋，手勢好好，好快搞掂又清走晒啲垃圾。部機個易拆式面板真係好方便，自己拆出嚟洗隔塵網勁easy，啱晒我呢啲有鼻敏感嘅人。
Active Clean function真係好正！唔使成日拆出嚟洗，機身keep住乾淨，空氣都好似清新咗。個ion PLUS feature對我呢啲鼻敏感人士非常有幫助，擺房用一流。
BBE送貨算快，兩日就到。試咗個手機app control，熄咗燈唔使起身搵remote，幾方便。變頻機夜晚開真係靜好多，瞓得舒服咗。整體嚟講very good。
WFH essential. It's not silent, but the hum is steady and doesn't disturb my Zoom calls. The auto-swing is great for circulating air. CS answered my size query quickly before purchase.
