Replaced my old window unit with this Carrier 2.5HP. Inverter technology really makes a difference in electricity bills. Machine is quite bulky though, make sure your window frame can fit it. Excellent customer service from BBE.

The main selling point for me was the 'quiet operation' and it did not disappoint. My old AC was so loud, but this one is barely a whisper. Perfect for a light sleeper like me. Cooling is very effective too.

The DC inverter is the main selling point. No more sudden cold blasts, just stable cooling. Remote feels a bit basic, but the machine itself is top-notch for energy efficiency. Pre-sales chat was helpful.

The Active Clean function is quite interesting, not sure if it really works but the air feels fresher. The unit is a bit heavier than I expected, but the installation team handled it well. So far so good.

Wifi app control works smoothly, I can turn on the AC 10 mins before reaching home. Cooling is fast and power-saving with Grade 1 energy label. BBE CS was also very helpful when arranging delivery.

Installation team arrived on time. Machine runs surprisingly quiet for a window type unit. The UV-C sterilization feature gives extra peace of mind. Overall a seamless shopping experience with BBE.
