The estate’s shopping area is expected to include a supermarket, restaurants and retail shops. On Tai Shopping Centre is about a 10-minute walk away and Shun Lee Commercial Centre about 15 minutes away. The original overview also notes future facilities such as the quarry park and a new fire station.

8. Transport

Although there is no direct MTR connection, nearby buses and minibuses connect with Kwun Tong and Lam Tin stations in about 15–20 minutes. A pedestrian subway and lifts near the estate provide access to the Tseung Kwan O Tunnel Bus-Bus Interchange in about 5–10 minutes on foot, offering onward connections to other districts.
