The AI Wash function is impressive; it really seems to adjust based on the load. Clothes come out clean. However, the AI Dry sometimes leaves thicker towels slightly damp. Overall a solid machine for the price.

Overall a solid machine with good features. The A-10% energy rating and 20-year motor warranty were the main selling points for me. Delivery was a day late but customer service was responsive.
The AirWash feature is a total game changer for refreshing my blazers without a full wash. Living in humid HK, the dryer function is essential. Smooth delivery and great service from BBE.
Impressed by the energy efficiency. It's a Grade 1 energy label product. The AI Ecobubble tech really helps save electricity while keeping the clothes soft. The delivery was smooth too.
The SmartThings app integration is the main reason I bought this. Being able to monitor cycles and get alerts on my phone is super convenient. The Auto Dispense feature is a nice bonus.
