The 6-hour FreshCare function is a lifesaver for my busy schedule. I can run it in the morning and the clothes are still fresh when I get home late. BBE's online ordering process was very smooth too.

It's a solid machine, very quiet. My only minor complaint is the tune it plays at the end is a bit long. Otherwise, great performance for the price. BBE delivery was prompt.

Perfect slim size (400mm) for our tiny balcony. The SilentPro system is surprisingly quiet, which is a big plus in a small flat. Very happy with this purchase.

I was skeptical about the Colour 15° mode, but it works surprisingly well on my delicate clothes. No fading at all. A great machine for a small apartment.

The Grade 1 energy label was a key factor for me. I use the 15-min quick wash for my gym clothes all the time. A very solid machine with great features.

個仔件衫成日都有朱古力漬，用佢個高效除漬program竟然洗得甩，好勁！送貨安裝一條龍服務，慳返好多時間。

洗衣功能ok，但個所謂SilentPro系統喺1000轉脫水嗰陣都幾大聲，唔算特別靜。同埋有啲洗衣模式時間比較長。

部機啲細節做得幾好，個緩開桶門同滾筒還原設計好user-friendly。唔使自己下下搵個開口位。

買俾阿媽用，佢話個混合洗㩒一個掣就搞掂，好方便。個mon啲字夠大，老人家都睇得清楚。

Does the job well. The 7kg capacity is good and the controls are straightforward. No complaints for this price point.
