The cooling is great, but connecting to the Wi-Fi was a nightmare. The app instructions aren't clear and it took me almost an hour to pair. Not very user-friendly for a 'smart' device.

Indoor unit is whisper quiet. The outdoor unit is a bit louder than I expected, but since it's on the balcony, it doesn't bother us. Overall performance is solid.

個3D Auto送風好正，吹出嚟嘅風好舒服，唔會一嘢吹住個頭。成間房都好平均咁涼，喺屋企WFH成日都唔會覺得唔舒服。

換走部十幾年嘅窗口機，呢部真係靜到以為未開機！變頻機感覺恆溫好多，唔會一時凍一時熱。希望電費真係慳到。

揀咗好耐，見佢係一級能源標籤先買。變頻機應該會慳電啲，希望月尾張電費單有驚喜。

Very powerful cooling! My large living room gets cold in just a few minutes. The Jet Air Flow really works.

The heating function is a nice bonus for winter. Not super strong, but good enough for Hong Kong's weather.

The anti-allergen filter seems to work. My rhinitis has been better since using this new air-con.

The quiet mode is amazing. I am a very light sleeper and this doesn't disturb me at all.

平時就咁開Fuzzy auto mode就算，部機自己識調節，夠晒方便！👍

The Powerful mode is a lifesaver after a run. Cools the room down in no time.

Love the 0.5 degree control. Allows for very precise temperature setting.
