The TimeManager feature is a lifesaver for my busy schedule. I can adjust the cycle length easily. BBE customer service was also very helpful answering my questions about the warranty before I bought it.

The Inverter Motor is incredibly quiet. I can finally do laundry at night without disturbing my family. The SensiCare system is also great, seems to use less water than my old machine. Very satisfied.

Bought this for the Woolmark Blue feature to wash my delicate sweaters. It works wonderfully, my clothes came out soft and undamaged. A good investment for protecting expensive garments.

The steam function is a game changer. I hate ironing and this feature really reduces wrinkles on my work shirts. Overall a great machine with lots of useful programs. ✨

Machine washes clean, but the touch panel is not very sensitive. Sometimes have to press it a few times to get it to respond. A bit annoying for a new product.

部機大致ok，但1300轉脫水時比想像中大聲少少。個touch panel有時太sensitive，會㩒錯。不過呢個價錢算係咁啦。

BBE包埋送貨同收走舊機，好方便。換咗呢部新機靜好多，個蓋會自己慢慢打開，唔會撞到手，設計幾好。

新機洗完啲衫真係軟熟好多，柔順劑好似平均咗，陣味好舒服。安裝師傅好細心，值得一讚。😊

舊機壞咗急住用，BBE送貨勁快，第二日就送到仲包安裝，service一流！部機暫時用落唔錯。👍
