Replaced my old machine. The 3-year warranty provides peace of mind. I also noted it's made in Poland, which I associate with better build quality. Called customer service about the steam function and they were very clear and helpful.

屋企個位好窄，搵咗好耐先搵到呢部400mm闊嘅機，真係perfect fit！送貨師傅好專業，安裝好快手。部機運作嗰陣好靜，夜晚洗衫都唔怕嘈親隔離。😊

送貨快。試過用佢個羊毛護理功能洗我件貴價冷衫，開頭有啲驚，但洗完成品好得，冇縮水又乾淨，有Woolmark認證真係唔同啲，慳返唔少乾洗錢。

個仔買俾我，送貨師傅好有耐性教我點用。上置式唔使彎低腰，好方便。SensiCare功能好，我唔識較時間，佢自己搞掂晒，洗得好乾淨。

買之前問過CS個防敏功能，解答得好詳細。BB啲皮膚敏感，用咗個防敏蒸氣洗衫之後真係好似好咗啲，感覺乾淨好多，買得好放心。👍

整體CP值高，一級能源標籤夠慳電，7kg容量都好夠用。不過揀最高轉速脫水嗰陣把聲有啲大，如果屋企細可能會覺得有啲嘈。

The steam function isn't as effective as I hoped for reducing wrinkles. It helps a little, but don't expect miracles. Otherwise, an okay machine.

Very pleased with this machine. The SensiCare system is great, it adjusts the cycle time automatically. Much quieter than my old one.

網上落單好方便。個SoftPlus功能真係有用，啲柔順劑食得好勻循，毛巾洗完真係軟熟咗好多！👍

Good price on BBE. The level 1 energy label and quiet inverter motor are the main reasons I bought it. High CP value.

The steam function is great for refreshing clothes that have been in the closet. Super quick and they feel like new.

The 14 programs are a bit much, I just use the quick wash. Touch panel is too sensitive sometimes.

It's a solid washing machine. The slim design is a major plus for my small apartment.
