The WiFi smart control is the killer feature. I turn it on via the app 15 mins before leaving the office, and my apartment is perfectly cool when I get home. Super convenient. BBE delivery was next-day too. Impressive.

Cooling power is adequate, but it's much louder than advertised. The exhaust hose is also quite rigid and cumbersome to set up. It's a functional compromise for rooms where a window unit isn't an option.

The cooling performance is great, no complaints there. But the German Pool Smart Control app is a bit buggy and sometimes loses connection. Had to re-pair it a few times. Hope they update the software.

Perfect for my home office setup. It cools down my 80 sq. ft. study in about 15 minutes. The 24-hour timer is a great feature to pre-cool the room before I start work. A bit noisy but acceptable.

The dehumidifier function is surprisingly strong. It's a great 2-in-1 machine for Hong Kong's weather. Cools well in summer and keeps the room dry in spring. High CP value.

Bought this for my parents. It's quite heavy, but the wheels make it easy enough to move from the living room to the bedroom. They're happy with it.
