The air-con itself is great, cools the room quickly. However, the initial Wi-Fi setup was a bit tricky and took a few tries to connect. For this price, I expected a smoother app experience.

The Wi-Fi control is a game changer. I can turn on the AC on my way home from work. The Panasonic Comfort Cloud app is quite user-friendly. BBE delivery was super fast, next day arrival.

Perfect for my home office. It's quiet enough not to disturb my video calls. The stable temperature from the inverter helps with concentration. The self-clean feature is a big plus.

落單前有問過CS關於室外機尺寸問題，解答得好清晰。部機運作正常，夠凍夠靜，但個遙控器design有啲舊，好彩主要都係用app控制。

今年冬天試用暖氣功能，估唔到咁舒服，又唔會好似暖風機咁乾。部機夠靜，製冷製暖都快，BBE送貨安裝都跟得好足。

安裝師傅好好人，好有耐性教我呢個老人家點用個遙控，讚！部機好靜，瞓覺安樂哂，對我嚟講Wi-Fi功能就冇乜用。

最怕冷氣機有陣霉味，呢部有乾燥防霉功能，熄機後會自己吹乾，感覺乾淨好多！👍 非常欣賞呢個design。
