The 15-minute quick wash is a lifesaver for my gym clothes. The machine is surprisingly quiet, even on the 1400rpm spin cycle. BBE delivery was on time as scheduled. Great value for a Grade 1 energy label appliance.

送貨同安裝都好快手，師傅有禮貌。最鍾意個蒸氣功能，用嚟洗BB衫感覺乾淨好多，好放心。部機運作時比想像中靜，夜晚洗衫都唔怕嘈親屋企人，整體好滿意。

The machine itself is fine, but the control panel buttons feel a bit flimsy. Delivery was a day later than scheduled which was slightly inconvenient. It washes clothes clean, so it does its main job.

買之前CS好有耐性答我啲尺寸問題。新機同舊機真係天淵之別，個變頻摩打靜到以為未開機！1400轉啲衫拎出嚟好乾爽，抽濕機都開少咗。

Works as expected. The large door is great for loading duvets and blankets. The add-garment feature is useful, though a bit slow to unlock. Overall, a solid machine for the price.

部機係洗得幾乾淨，但個標準棉質mode真係有啲耐，比我舊機耐好多。要啲時間適應下。不過送貨包裝有啲over，好多發泡膠要處理。

買之前問過CS尺寸，答得好詳細。最實用係個兒童鎖，唔怕個仔亂咁撳。定期用滾筒清洗功能，感覺部機乾淨啲，洗衫都放心啲。

部機白色外型幾好睇，夠簡潔。8公斤容量夠一家人用。個『添放衣物』功能試過一次，真係幾方便，唔使等下一機先洗。

The LED display is clear and the touch panel is very responsive. I like setting the delay start function overnight. The overall user interface is well-designed.

Installation was tricky. The 1400rpm spin is effective but can be loud with an unbalanced load. The bedding cycle is good though. It's an okay machine.

Very powerful 1400rpm spin. Clothes come out much drier than my old machine, which is perfect for the humidity here. BBE processed the order very fast.

Chose this model for the Grade 1 energy and water labels. Mostly use the Eco 40-60 program. Hope to see savings on my utility bills. So far, so good.
