The AC unit is 5-star: quiet, efficient, and cools perfectly. The logistics, however, were 2-star. Took two phone calls to sort out the installation appointment which was frustrating. Product good, service could be smoother.

The 24-hour timer is fantastic. I set it to turn on an hour before I get home. Great to walk into a cool room after a long day at work. Delivery from BBE was quick too.

Cools down my small room very fast which is great. However, the remote control feels a bit flimsy and cheap. For the price, it's an acceptable trade-off.
