新屋裝修，對熱水爐冇乜idea，好彩BBE sales好有耐性解答。揀咗呢部煙墨黑，個樣好modern。最正係個恆溫，我沖完到我先生沖，水溫都keep得好好，唔會搶水。試過開ECO mode，感覺火力細啲但夠用，應該真係慳到氣。👍

The smoky black finish is very sleek and matches my minimalist bathroom. The digital temperature display is a nice touch. Performance is solid, the constant temp is a huge upgrade. Knowing it uses Japanese core parts gives me confidence in its durability.

The intelligent segmented flame control is noticeable; it doesn't go full blast just for washing hands. A bit pricey, but the 3-year warranty and promised energy savings make it a worthwhile investment. BBE's CS was very helpful.

新屋入伙換熱水爐，揀呢部係因為信興牌有保證。恆溫真係做得好好，開住水龍頭水溫都唔會點變，幫小朋友沖涼就最放心。一級能源標籤希望長遠慳返啲煤氣費。

買俾屋企兩老用，最緊要安全。睇中佢有60分鐘自動熄火同防漏氣保護，個直流變頻風機又話可以防廢氣倒灌，咁樣就安心好多。老人家話水溫好穩定，易用。

住近海邊，之前個爐一打風就成日自己熄火。師傅介紹呢部話有強力風機，用咗幾個月，就算打風都完全冇事，出水穩定。真係解決咗我一大煩惱！

Excellent performance. The constant temperature control is very precise, thanks to the Japanese CPU I guess. The DC inverter fan is also a great feature for high-rise apartments. Solid build.

The unit works well most of the time. However, it can be a bit loud when it ignites. The temperature also fluctuates slightly if another tap is used. It's okay, but not perfect.

住高層，大風嗰陣好驚廢氣倒灌。呢部有直流變頻風機話可以抗八級強風，即刻安心晒。BBE送貨員有禮貌，會預先打電話通知。

裝修師傅介紹呢款背出式。最正係個智能分段火排，夏天用細火啲，感覺真係慳到煤氣。煙墨黑個design好靚，襯晒我個新廁所。

買嚟換租盤個舊爐。BBE個CS好幫得手，confirm咗係頂出式同石油氣啱用先買。有3年保養，又係一級能源，CP值算唔錯，希望襟用。

話就話恆溫，但廚房一開水，沖涼水溫都係會變少少。係好過舊嗰部好多，但未去到perfect。不過不失啦。

BBE recommended installer was very professional and quick. The unit is easy to operate. Water is hot and stable. Good.

Works well and the temperature is stable. Only minor point is the ignition is a bit loud. Otherwise, very good.
