舊嗰部熱水爐成日一時凍一時熱，終於頂唔順換咗佢。呢部樂信恆溫真係冇得頂，水溫好穩定，小朋友沖涼都安心好多。BBE安排師傅上嚟裝都好快手，整體滿意。

It works as advertised, the temperature is stable. However, the ignition sound is a bit louder than I expected. Not a deal-breaker, but something to be aware of. For the price, it's a decent unit.

屋企人多，之前成日爭廁所。換咗呢部之後，就算廚房用緊熱水，我沖涼都唔會搶水，水溫依然好穩定，出水夠快夠力，解決咗大問題。

BBE CS 好幫得手，問咗好多installation問題都好有耐性。部機個恆溫function真係冇得彈，沖涼終於唔會忽冷忽熱。個design好slim，好滿意。😊

The heater itself is fine, temperature is stable. But the control panel buttons are a bit small and not very intuitive to use. Delivery scheduling could also be more flexible.

問過CS先買，確認頂出式啱用。換咗之後水溫真係好恆定，話用日本CPU控制真係有啲料到。屋企有老有嫩，用得安心好多。

以前用開儲水式，冬天沖涼要就住就住。換咗呢部即熱式真係爽好多！✨ 而且比想像中慳煤氣，個智慧節能 design 唔錯。

The smokey black colour is so chic! It matches my new bathroom design perfectly. Super slim body, doesn't take up much space at all. Delivery was next-day too.

The ±1℃ temperature control is impressive. 10L/min flow rate is more than enough for my small apartment. Good performance for this price point.
