Had a few questions about installation in my old building. The BBE customer service on WhatsApp was very patient and professional, confirming all the specs for me. The heater itself works perfectly. A very reassuring purchase experience.

The temperature is stable and the design is nice. My only complaint is the digital display for the temperature is a bit small and not very bright. Hard to see without my glasses on. Otherwise, it's a decent machine for the price.

Installation was rescheduled, a bit inconvenient. The heater works fine, temp is stable. Not sure about the "smart energy-saving" part, seems like just a standard heater. It's okay.

打上CS問過背出式安裝問題先買，解答得好清楚。部機比舊式嗰啲好好多，開住廚房水喉都唔會搶水，水溫仲係好定！幾好。😊
