The air-con itself is powerful and quiet. However, the WiFi app is a bit clunky and sometimes fails to connect. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's an annoyance for a smart appliance. For the price, I expected a better app experience.

I'm very sensitive to smells and this AC is great. The anti-mold function really works, no more musty air conditioner smell. The filter also seems to make the air feel cleaner. A good choice for health-conscious families.

The WiFi control is a game changer. I can turn on the AC on my way home from work and the apartment is perfectly cool when I arrive. Installation arranged by BBE was also very professional and quick. Highly recommended.

I did a lot of research before buying. The R32 refrigerant is a big plus for me as it's more eco-friendly. Also, the outdoor unit is surprisingly quiet, which is great for not disturbing the neighbours.

The anti-mould function is the main reason I bought this. After turning it off, it continues to blow air to dry the inside, which really helps prevent that musty smell. The air feels much fresher.

The indoor unit has a very clean and minimal design, which fits perfectly with my newly renovated apartment's vibe. It's much quieter than my old unit. BBE's delivery was on time as scheduled.
